I started a mechanic workshop with my husband, then I built a new company (townsville billboard advertising), purchased a block of commercial land, moved the mechanic shop to that location (940 Ingham Road), bought the commercial land next to this address (936/939 Ingham Road), currently lease this building out to 5 tenancies. At this point in time I am currently conversing with local government to get a material change of use and applying for a liquor licence to start a new business called “The Tradies Den”, which will be an outdoor type bar able to serve 60 seated patrons and 40 standing patrons (100 in total).
Thats about it for 2023.. 2024 hold many more ideas and suprises.
